Balloon Garland Tutorial

SOME CHANGES FROM THIS VIDEO: We have upgraded to rubber bands instead of 260q balloons when adding 5" balloons to your garland. Instead of tying in a 260q to your cluster of (4)5" balloons, simply wrap the rubber band around one of the balloons and then wrap that into a balloon in the garland!
