🎀 BUILDING YOUR GARLAND
Group your balloons by size and color. You can mix & match or create color-blocked sections — totally up to you. Inflate your balloons until they are nice and round (not oval!). Tie two balloons together to make a duplet. Tie two duplets together to make a cluster. Take your cluster and twist two or three duplets together to make groups of 4 or 6 balloons. Tie a 260 balloon (the long skinny one) to the center neck of your first cluster. Stack a second cluster on top and wrap the 260 tightly around it to secure. Keep stacking clusters and wrapping the 260 until you run out of length. When the 260 runs out, wrap it a few times around the last cluster to secure it, then tie a new 260 to the end and keep going! Make a little "bracelet" by tying both ends of a 260 balloon together. Wrap it around one of your garland balloons and hook it onto your adhesive wall hook. Repeat for as many hooks as you need to hold it in place! Tie two small duplets together to create a cluster of 4. Wrap a rubberband around one of the balloons, then wrap it into your garland on another balloon wherever you want a pop of extra dimension.
