Designed in a modern palette of moody Blue Slate, black, crisp white and sandy White Sand, it's finished with black-and-white checker orb foils and spiky black starburst foils for a cool, retro look. Each kit is assembled using clear 260Q modeling balloons — no plastic decorating strip needed — so your garland looks fully custom and hand-built. Just follow our easy video tutorial to knot, twist, and build your garland from start to finish.
