Designed in a dreamy pastel palette of Mac Pink, Mac Purple, White Sand, and mirror-shiny Chrome Silver, it's finished with an adorable waving astronaut foil, a gleaming 18" silver crescent moon, and little 10" silver 4-point stars that twinkle throughout the garland. Each kit is assembled using clear 260Q modeling balloons β no plastic decorating strip needed β so your garland looks fully custom and hand-built. Just follow our easy video tutorial to knot, twist, and build your garland from start to finish.
