Designed in a fresh, breezy palette of pastel Mac Blue, fresh Mac Green mint, sandy White Sand and soft Pastel Dusk White, it's finished with sea turtle, cream-and-gold seahorse and cream seashell foils for a coastal look that's soft and elegant. Each kit is assembled using clear 260Q modeling balloons — no plastic decorating strip needed — so your garland looks fully custom and hand-built. Just follow our easy video tutorial to knot, twist, and build your garland from start to finish.
